Quebec City in the Night

When we were strolling around Old Quebec last summer, the view from Prescott Bridge was one that was imprinted in my mind-- I wanted to do a few paintings of this view. I particularly like this frame as it captures the bright shopfronts along the curving street with a background of St. Lawrence River.
